PRINT SUBSCRIPTION HELP

Q. I'm already a print subscriber and have the app. How do I get access to the digital edition?
A: Your username is the email address that you gave to us when you ordered your subscription. Your password is your 9-digit account number.

Q. I'm already a print subscriber. Do I have to pay to get access to the digital edition?
A: Subscribers to the print magazine have access to our digital editions that cover their subscription term. Log in to gain access to these digital editions.

Q: What if I never gave you an email address or would like to change my existing email address?
A: Please email subscription services at help@thebark.com and we will add/update your new email address. Please be sure to include your mailing address. Alternatively, you can update it online at thebark.com/coa.

Q: Where can I find my account number?
A: Your account number appears above your name/address on the cover of every issue of The Bark. The account number is encompassed by hashtags (#) and is a 9-digit numeric.

Example #DOGQ 000082727 D# where the underlined number is your account number.

Q: I’m entering my email address and account number, but still can’t seem to log in. Why doesn't it work?
A: Make sure that you are using the email address that we have registered in our system. Also, check that the password you are using is only nine digits, including leading zeros. If it is still not working, contact subscription services at help@thebark.com.

Q: I’m in the app but it says it is going to charge me. Why is this happening?
A: Please log into the app to access your subscription. From the app click on the menu icon in the top left corner to access and click on "Log In". Enter your email address and account number to proceed. Also note, subscribers only have access to issues thar cover their subscription term.

Q: How long does my digital magazine subscription last?
A: Print subscribers have access to the digital issues in their subscription term only while their subscription is active. Please email subscription services at help@thebark.com to check the status of your account.

Q. Are back issues included in my subscription?
A: Subscribers have free access to digital editions that are covered in their print edition. All other issues are available at the price of $4.99/issue.

Q: What is my username and password?
A: Your username is the email address that you gave to us when you ordered your subscription. Your password was also created at sign up.

Q: I've forgotten my password!
A: If you're having trouble, please use the password reset function or email us at help@thebark.com.

Q: What if I would like to change my existing email address?
A: Please email subscription services at help@thebark.com and we will update you email address.

Q: How long does my digital magazine subscription last?
A: There are two subscription terms, one year for $12.99 or 3-months for $3.99. Both auto-renewed unless cancelled. Please check your iTunes/Android subscription management to confirm subscription status. If you ordered via the website, you can cancel your subscription through that interface.

Q. What if I did not set up a user name and password when I ordered?
A: Please click on the restore button on the order page to restore the purchase to your Android/Apple device.

Q: How can I cancel my iTunes digital magazine subscription?
A: When subscribing through Apple's in-app system, your subscription will auto-renew unless you turn this order off 24-hours before the subscription runs out. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Q: Can I only order a subscription to the digital magazine, without receiving the print magazines?
A: Yes, this option is currently available through iTunes or on our website.

Q: What if I still have questions about the digital magazine?
A: If you have any questions regarding your subscription that are not addressed above, please contact our subscription services department by email.

Q: How can I view the digital magazine?
A: You can view the digital magazine on your iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android using our app or you can also view it on your computer, click here for the latest issue on the web.

Q: Is this app available for Kindle?
A: We have submitted a Kindle app for review by Amazon but it is not yet approved for sale in the Kindle app store. More details will be posted as they become available.

Q: Is the app available for Nook?
A: Yes, Nook users now have access to The Bark's app via the Google Play Android store.

Q. Are back issues included in my subscription?
A: Subscribers have access to digital editions that are covered in their print or digital subscriptions. All other issues are available at the price of $4.99/issue and are available through the iTunes store and our Bark store.
