What Is Your Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of clean, unworn, unwashed, apparel.

Please include a copy of your packing slip. If you are exchanging something, please note on the packing slip the details of the exchange (new size, color, etc). When applicable, your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

When will my order ship?
Orders received before 2 p.m. PST are fulfilled the following business day. Orders received after 2 p.m. PST ship the second business day after it's received.. If you place an order and are concerned about when it will ship, please call customer service at 877.227.5639 or email us at shop@thebark.com

Orders placed over the weekend or on an observed holiday are usually processed on the next business day. The following is a list of observed holidays:

• New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Martin Luther King Day
• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Veteran’s Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• December 24 - 26

How will my order ship?
We have chosen the United States Postal Service as our primary shipping partner. Express orders are shipped via Federal Express. Shipping is based on the weight of your order and the package’s shipping address. A 2% handling fee is applied to each order.

I don’t live in the U.S., can I order from The Bark Shop?
YES. We welcome orders from dog lovers living all over the world. Prices are shown in US Dollars, your credit card company will convert the funds appropriately. If you are ordering a subscription, a $15 shipping surcharge will be applied to subscriptions mailing to Canada. a $20 surcharge will apply to subscriptions mailing everywhere else.

What about shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses?
We ship to PO Boxes or military addresses using the USPS. Contact customer service if you need your order shipped Express Mail to your PO Box or military address.

What about online shopping security?
The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than The Bark Shop.

Once you begin the order check out your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:

• The “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”
• Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section of the browser window.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders placed by customers in California.
